Infrastructure cost estimate
Price a light rail line or a multi-lane highway from published rates. Every line is a rate the guide prints for your region, multiplied by the length or count you give it.
These are the regions the published infrastructure tables cover. We price nowhere else rather than borrow another region's rate.

Lane kilometres
Each line is a rate printed by a named guide for this region, multiplied by a quantity you supplied on the guide's own basis — per kilometre, per lane kilometre, per stop or station, per square foot. The total is the sum of these lines and nothing else.
These are direct construction costs. The guide prints them excluding bridges and interchanges, utility works, site development, land, soft costs and financing, so those are not in the total above.
What this costs
An infrastructure estimate uses 5 CostEstimate credits. You get a multi-line document priced from the rates the guide prints for your region — every line carrying its publisher, edition and page, with the quantities you gave it and a total that is the sum of those cited lines.
If no published rate covers what you ask for, we say so and charge nothing.
